The Legendary Hunting Tool is one of the four Legendary Weapons within Glass' World. The current wielder is Kizuna Kazayama.

Overview[]

The Legendary Hunting Tool, also known as the Hunting Tool Spirit of the Legendary Weapon. The spirit is from another world prior to being summoned to another world alongside with it's chosen Candidate, the Legendary Hunting Tool is one of four Legendary Weapons present in the world of which Kizuna currently resides in. The candidates of the weapon have been given the title of Hunting Hero, whom they are generally addressed as so by the locals.

The current candidate of the Legendary Hunting Tool is Kizuna Kazayama. She was selected by the Hunting Tool Spirit, it's currently unknown whether she was chosen as a first choice or back up candidate.

The Legendary Hunting Tool is primarily noted to specializes to fight against monsters, possessing skills that deal massive damage against them however the wielder of the weapon cannot attack humans under normal conditions. The Hunting Tool's power-up method is like a level system, in which the Hunting Tool gains exp. points as the Wielder uses a weapon.

Exactly what the vassal weapons of Legendary Hunting Tool are are unknown, but they are suspected to be the Vassal Katana and the Vassal Harpoon.

Power-up Method[]

As a Legendary Weapon, the Legendary Hunting Tool has more than one power-up method. As of Volume 19, three power-up methods are known. This consists of the weapons core or passive power-up method and two active power-up methods.

  • Monster Hunter (core): When battling monsters, magical beasts, and demons, heroes will gain a great boost to their stats.
  • Experience Points: Alongside her own EXP, the weapon gains EXP that can be used to level up and enhance weapon forms.
  • Ofuda: Pieces of paper can be attached to the legendary weapon in order to add different functions.[1]
  • Unknown power-up method: The last power-up method for the Hunting Tool is unknown.

Blood Flower Strike An attack that connects all the weak points on an enemy and cuts through them. The blood that falls from the wounds caused by the skill takes the form of flower petals. ?
Thrust Attack As the user thrusts their weapon it unleashes a shockwave containing blades of wind which slice through the targets. ?
Flying Sparrow An energy attack similar to the Air Strike javelin. Throws a weapon made of energy. ?
Return Transcript It teleports the user to the last dragon hourglass they had previously registered at. However, this requires a tool to use. ?
Form One: Pit Fall Creates a pit of about a meter or so deep. This affects the ground as such it can be used on non-monsters. ?
Fishing The weapon wielder hooks their lure around the target. The weapon wielder can then yank on the hook to bring the monsters towards them and possibly make it prone. ?
Return Dragon Vein Used on the Dragon Hourglass returns the user and party to a Dragon Hourglass they have previously visited. ?
Invisible Hunter Covers the user and their party in a cloak which renders the user or the user's party invisible so they can't be seen unless magic is used and any sound made can only be heard by party members. ?
Lure Needle/Bait Lure/Double Lure Hook The area the Lure strikes on an enemy takes double the damage on the next attack (performed by anyone on that point). If it hits a weak point, this can cause fatal damage and can effect non-monster enemies, but it has a short duration and can be countered. ?
Break Down: Scale Removal A skill which rapidly splits removes specific parts from monsters or monstrous flesh. ?
Hunting Tool 0 A skill with 0 damage, cooldown and SP consumption. It was found to be effective against illegitimate powers. Hunting Tool 0
Hunting Tool 0: Blood Flower Strike A version of Blood Flower strike. However, this skill cuts out any illegitimate power within the targets. Hunting Tool 0
Instant & Massive Monster Exclusive Pit Trap As the user thrusts their hunting tool into the group, a pit trap suddenly appears. This skill is intended for large and powerful monsters. ?
Formation One, Formation Two, Formation Three: Tiger Trap Makes multiple tiger traps appear on the ground to both damage and restrict movement for the monster trapped in it. ?
Unnamed Damage Mitigation Skill Allows the user to delay the damage they receive until this skill is released. ?
