The Two-Headed Black Dog (双頭黒犬 Sōtō Kokken?) is the fourth chapter of The Rising of the Shield Hero manga adaptation.
Synopsis[]
This chapter follows Naofumi and Raphtalia looking for materials in an abandoned mine to earn money. However, while exploring the mine, they encounter a Two-Headed Black Dog. This creature reminds Raphtalia of the monster that killed her parents and she's unable to fight it. This leads to Naofumi helping Raphtalia confront her trauma and the two ultimately defeating the beast.
