If there’s one way following the series has changed me… It’s that I now get triggered every time I hear the word brainwashed.
What about you guys? How has this series changed you?
So the topic I’m going to discuss here is the character of Atla, who folks absolutely dislike/hate. And I’m starting to figure out why people don’t like her and found her annoying, mostly because of her being nasty to people who are not Naofumi. And whenever she treats Fohl, her own brother like crap, that’s when people dislike her even more. I feel as though Atla is overhated by lot of the fandom. I for one am not a hater for Atla unlike the rest of folks, but I did get annoyed whenever she starts demeaning Fohl, insulting him or anything else that she’s been treating him like crap. Fohl has worked his ass off trying to take care of her while she was all bandaged up, and then Atla is all healed up, she repays him by treating him like shit. That’s in some ways bad writing, and that’s not how you treat your siblings like that period. So overall, I don’t think Atla’s a bad character like most people see her as, and also I don’t see her as a Mary Sue type of character which I hate that term getting thrown around whenever someone labels a character a Mary Sue or a Gary Sue for no apparent reason. And if y’all disagree, that’s fine.

Even afer meeting raphtalia and filo why didn't he go back to his personality before malty betrayd him he was mutch more expressive and lively back then
I have a random question, which probably doesn't have an answer in the lore, but if someone have an answer that makes sense, considering the lore, please feel free to reply.
Vassal Weapons have the ability to freely move between worlds, being able to transport their wielders between dimensions without a portal or wave.
If that's the case, then why does L'Arc, Therese and Glass only attacked the Raphtalia's World during the Waves? By the time of the Cal Mira Archipelago's Wave, Glass already knew all the enemy heroes! She could've tracked down the heroes individually and slain them one by one. It's a dirty tactic, but it was to save her world, and she was already determined to kill them.
There was no reason to insist in battling during the Waves. IF they could only transport to other worlds during a Wave, then it'd make sense. But if it's not the case, then the only reason I find is some sense of honor.
But you are already determined in killing heroes who are not attacking you and are only defending their own world. Not to mention the millions, maybe billions, of inocent people who'll die, if you succeed!
Considering this, sticking to a "code of honor" is just a cheap way of self-satisfaction and a way makes excuses for theirselves for their actions, making them feel they are doing the right thing, even if they don't!
And, in the same vein, why they just leave before the Wave countdown reaches zero? Why worry about it, when they can come and go as they please!
Unless that's just a tactic to fool the enemy, making them think that they could only cross worlds during the Waves, so they can operate more freely in the other world.
That would make sense if they were planning to make a move to catch the heroes off guard and kill them. But they obviously didn't have such plans!
SO WHY? The story will never answer. Then, if someone can come up with any lore-sense explanation, I'd apreciate if you could share your opinion with me!
Is it just me, or someone else also see something very bizarre in Melromarc's Royal Family?
Aultcray have white hair (presumably, silver losing its collor due to aging), and Mirellia's hair is purple!
BUT their eldest daughter, Malty, is red-haired, and the youngest, Melty, haves blue hair!
And there's also the eyes: parents with purple (anime), and daughters with green and blue?
Unless something is escaping me, usually the offspring inherits traces from the ancestry!
WHERE THAT BLUE COMES FROM? AND THAT RED! If you consider Aultcray's eyes from the manga, ok, matches green for Malty. But the rest...
I get that's possible the girls inherited aspects from grandparents, and even great-granparents. But even that is very dificult, because the disparity is too great.
But I don't know! What do you think? Also, feel free to comment any other strangeness, funny fact, opinion or curiosity about this interesting family.

If they attack any world, the other worlds where the cardinal heroes came from would've been either destroyed or merged, or even become apocalyptic.

I saw it added as an official page on the fandom. Is it real or just a remade version of another volume?
